IEEE Jamia Millia Islamia organized and hosted an introductory session on GINI (Global Integrated Network of IEEE) on the 1st of September, 2009 with an aim of promoting and increasing networking between various student branches of IEEE. GINI aims at building a relationship between various student branches so that there is more networking and collaboration and every branch can prove to be mutually beneficial to every other.

The event was attended by eighteen student branches from both from Delhi as well as other outstation cities like Chandigarh, Pilani, etc.
