Ayesha Hussain(WIE Chairperson) told her plans for the farewell. She has planned to give away the execomm , certificates & mementos. A formal orientation by Mini Ma'am followed by all the fun stuff .
Shishir Bajpai (J SEC. Lecture series) spoke about his plans . He wishes to conduct technical lectures for 1st and 2nd yr students & lectures on career counselling. Prateek Bagga( Vice chair external affairs) suggested the need for conducting lectures that actually value the students.For this he suggested him to incorporate guest lectures during WIE week, work on robotics and web development lectures. He also pointed to concentrate more on field trips rather than lectures as students are more keen to pay for a field trip over a lecture!!
Aditya Upreti ( J Sec. Publication) was suggested by Prateek to take publications very seriously and try to put articles that are interesting and easy to understand for members, with a suggestion to maintain a e-news for the events at Delhi Section and also in various colleges. A definite step towards influencing more and more students to write articles.
Mehwish , Joint Secretary(Corporate, Media and PR) suggested that a copy of article or publication to be given to students , when we go for membership drives and a copy of the same to be put up on the notice boards too.
Mukul Arora and Ankit Gupta ( J Sec. Marketing) were suggested to focus on class to class publicity of various events which requires the help of IR's.They were asked to look for a dedicated designer who is ready with the posters of the concerned events beforehand.

2. Forming of annual plan on 24.02.11 at 4.30 p.m
